My Thoughts

If you're a fan of the first two books in this series, then you'll most likely love this one too.  While I didn't hate it, I didn't love it either.  It mostly left me feeling sort of…meh.  I don't really connect with this author's characters.  They all seem rather...blah.  And honestly, I feel like the story is too contrived, and that something essential is lost in the sincerity of the story.  Landon is the only character in this series that I felt any connection with and liked.

Overall, I think this has a great theme to it; overcoming addiction and turning your life around.  It's just that everything was tidied up too easily for me.  If you like your romance novels to not be too angsty, then you might like this. Seriously, I only read this entire 3 book series, because all the titles start with the letter U.  I always need U books for challenges.

Sex Factor:  yes, but minimally explicit.
