My Thoughts

The narrator for this book did such an amazing job with the voices and accents…WOW.  She was fantastic.  She literally made this story come alive.  So glad I listened to audio because otherwise, I'm fairly certain my rating would have been lower.

While unbelievable that Mack (heroine) is still a virgin at the age of 22 or whatever she was, I still found her badassery commendable.  I also could have done with a lot less Ye's from Lachlan (hero).   I still found him likable doable redeemable despite his overly possessive manner.  Maybe, this is because Mack met him every step of the way.  This outright possessiveness is the reason I don't usually like Mobster stories.

Sex Factor:  This is rather sexually explicit but WOW this author can write a seriously hot sex scene.  I love when they just lay it out there, without the silly words and pretty phrases.  Well done!!!
